You may return QuikSigma Software for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if purchased from this site.  If you purchased your software through a reseller, please return it to your reseller.  You will need an RMA number to receive a full credit for your software purchase.  To receive an RMA number, you may contact us in several ways. 

1)  By Email:  Send an email to returns@quiksigma.com including your date of purchase, some form of proof of purchase (receipt, etc.) showing your purchase amount, your issued serial number, name, address, phone number and reason for return.  A customer service representative will reply with an RMA number that is valid for 10 days.  If your purchase was made via Credit Card, your card will be automatically credited.  If your purchase was via purchase order, company check, or other payment method, your credit will be issued in the most appropriate manner available.

2)  By Phone:  Contact your sales representative who sold you the product and they will process your return request for you.

3) By Mail:  You may request a refund in writing by sending a letter including your date of purchase, some form of proof of purchase (receipt, etc.) showing your purchase amount, your issued serial number, name, address, phone number and reason for return.  A return letter with an RMA number will be sent to you showing the amount credited to you.  If your purchase was made via Credit Card, your card will be automatically credited.  If your purchase was via purchase order, company check, or other payment method, your credit will be issued in the most appropriate manner available.

Admonex reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time. Changes to the Policy will apply to information we have already received and information we receive after the revised Policy is effective.
